クラシックカーの価値はその美しさや希少性にとどまらず、長年にわたるオーナーとの関わりにこそ宿るものです。そのため、一台一台の状態と歴史をじっくり確かめ、確かな情報として次のオーナーへと継承していただくことはとても重要なことです。

「長年の乗ってきたこのタルガは今でも素晴らしいが、74歳になった私には、クラッチやギア操作がちょっと億劫になってきたんだよ」

The true value of a Classic car lies not only in its beauty or rarity,
but in the long relationship it has shared with its owners over time.
That is why it is so important to carefully examine each car’s condition
and history, and to pass that story on with accuracy and respect to its
next custodian.

“This Targa I’ve driven for long years is still a wonderful machine,”
said Mr. Heinrich, “but now that I’m 74, I’ve started finding the clutch
and gear changes a bit too much.”

そう語るハインリッヒ氏は、この1970年式の911タルガから、同じカラーリングを持つ1992年式911（964型）カブリオレに乗り換えるご予定とのこと。

「ティプトロニック（セミATギア）で運転がぐっと楽になるし、この時代のポルシェには、まだ古き良き感触が残っているよ。それから、妻の長い髪が風で乱れないことも気に入っていてね」

He is now planning to move on from his 1970 911 Targa to a 1992 911
Cabriolet (964), finished in the same color.

“The Tiptronic gearbox makes driving so much easier,” he explains. “And
cars from this era of Porsche still retain a certain old-world charm.
Plus, my wife appreciates that her long hair doesn’t get tousled by the
wind.”

その時の自分に合わせた車種に換えながら同じ車に乗り続けること、そしてその車種選択の妙、さらには新・旧でカラーも合わせるこだわり。そしてなによりも、年齢を重ねても自然体でありながら情熱を失わないそのスタイルに私は深い共感と敬意を覚えました。

無事に握手を済ませた後の笑顔には、惜別の寂しさよりも、新たな一歩への期待が感じられたのです。

To continue driving the same model lineage while adapting the car to
suit one's evolving needs — and even to match colours across generations
— reveals not only a refined sensibility but a heartfelt loyalty. More
than anything, I felt deep admiration for his graceful, unpretentious
approach to ageing — and the enduring passion that continues to guide him.

When we shook hands, his smile spoke not of sadness at parting, but of
quiet excitement for the road ahead.
