Nobu Nagara

Born 1960. Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics.

Nagara started his career at The Seibu Department Stores Ltd., and was selected as corporate trainee to Sotheby’s in London and New York from 1986 to 1987. In 1995, he established his own firm, Nobu Nagara Art Consulting, Ltd. While running his own firm, he served as the Managing Director of Fred Leighton Japan, the member of the Acquisition Committee of National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo, and the Representative Director of Christie’s Japan from 2010 to 2013.

Masahiko Hasegawa

Hasegawa joined The Seibu Department Stores Ltd. in 1983 and successively worked at the Cultural Program Department and Sales Promotion Department at Headquarter. In 1993, he joined Tokyo Gas Communications, Inc. where he held positions in marketing planning, sales promotion and public relations. He established Blue Oceans in 2017. He is presently working on various business model creation and their implementation.

Chie Ishizaka

Ishizaka joined Christie’s Japan in 1998 and dealt with Impressionist and modern paintings and prints. She was appointed to the Representative Director of Christie’s Japan in 2015, and held this position until 2018 when she resigned. In 2019, she established C Art. As the CEO, she continues dealing with artworks and providing art consulting services.

Seiichi Mizuno

The President of Institute of Marketing Architecture Co., Ltd./IMA Co., Ltd.

Born 1946 in Tokyo. Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics.

Mizuno successively held the positions of President & CEO of The Seibu Department Stores Ltd., Advisor of Netscape Communications Corporation in California, and Guest Professor of Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University. In 1995, he was elected to the House of Councillors. In the same year, he established his own firm, Institute of Marketing Architecture, Co., Ltd./IMA. He served as the External Director of several companies including Francfranc Corporation and Oricon Inc, Tokyo. He has been supporting numerous venture capitals, and was appointed to the Auditor of Tokyo Esports Gate, Inc. established in 2020.
